Zhou Lan entered the documentary industry in 2001 and served as a documentary director in CCTV News Review Department. In 2006 and 2007, Zhou Lan participated in the production of the new year live show Year after Year as a member of the core creative team. Zhou Lan has been serving as a documentary director and project producer in China Central Newsreel & Documentary since 2007. Zhou Lan was the deputy general manager of production of the Group’s subsidy and responsible for film resource allocation and project budget management. Zhou Lan participated in the production of the following documentaries as a director and producer: MEILANFANG, The Forbidden City, Dunhuang, Taipei Forbidden City and South of the Ocean.
